Notes
- Created using character creation stats for elementals. I hope she isnt overpowering. I am taking away some basic powers to help see if it balances. Adjustments may be made.
- Strength and Stamina were bought to 3 and dropped to 1 with small.
- Instead of granting 5 free motes, Breezy can transfer motes using Gift of Divinity.
- Izumi and Breezy do not have the ability to share senses.
